SALARY:-

*Rs 16.5k CTC- (15.9k Approx. in hand)*

WORK CULTURE:-

1) *6 days a week with 1 rotational off*

2) *Day/Night shift- 9hours*

Eligibility:-

1) *Good English Communication (Specifically Written).*

2) *Typing Speed and Accuracy of 30 WPM/90%.*

3) *Candidate should be within 20 Kms from Office Location.*

4) *Immediate Joiners only.*

5) *Graduate/Undergraduate both will work. (Pursuing Not Allowed)*

PURPOSE OF POSITION: -

*Candidate will be responsible to handle the queries and complaints from Chat customers.*

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: -

1) *Should have prior Experience into Chat Handling.*

2) *Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction*

3) *Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication*

4) *Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools*

5) *Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution*

6) *Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents*

7) *Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies*
