SALARY:-
• *Up to Rs 22k CTC- Rs 21.5k Approx. in hand*

WORK CULTURE:-
• 6 days a week with 1 rotational off
• Day shift (9-9) any 9 hours shift

ELIGIBILITY:-
• Excellent English Communication and presentation skills
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
• Typing Speed and Accuracy of 30 WPM/90%.
• Candidate should be within 20 Kms from Office Location.
• Immediate Joiners only.
• Graduate/Undergraduate both will work. (Pursuing Not Allowed)

PURPOSE OF POSITION:-
• Candidate will be responsible to handle the queries and complaints from customers raising it over Social Media Platforms.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
