This is an individual contribution role. The right candidate would be comfortable with working with large Buyers / wholesalers / distributors / Traders. Willing to travel in the assigned geography and will be able meet and exceed assigned sales targets.

Experience:2 years to 5 years

*Salary:-20k-30K*

*Job Location* all Mumbai & all Nagpur & all Pune

Roles & Responsibilities : - Identifying potential new leads (buyers - wholesalers/ Traders/ Large format retailers)

- Converting the potential leads to new business opportunities - Achieving & Exceeding allocated Sales Targets for the geography

- Manage relationships with established buyer network

- Marketing intelligence : identifying new market opportunities and competitive actions to ensure Bharat Dukaan becomes the preferred partner to our buyer network

- Travel extensively to meet new/potential clients and driving new business through them

*From beauty and cosmetics industry*

*Basic Qualification* : HSC, Graduate

Preferably working/ previous experience in managing buyer networks managing wholesale buyers and traders on the brand/ distributor side (Have worked with Private labels, Regional brands like S R Soaps, Shashi Soaps, D2C brands like Mama Earth, WOW, Beardo etc)

Preferred Qualification :

Ex - Mamaearth, Mancode, Beard Story, Private labels, Wow, Mirabelle Korea Et). Working knowledge of Basic MS Excel - Pivot charts, Vlookup.
