SALARY:-

1) *Bengali- Rs 16.5k CTC - (Rs15.9k in hand approx.)*


2) *Marathi- Rs 18k CTC - (Rs 17.5k in hand approx.)*


3) *Malayalam- Rs 20k CTC - (Rs 19.5k in hand approx.)*


4) *Kannada- Rs 21k CTC - (Rs 20.5k in hand approx.)*


5) *Gujarati – Rs 20k CTC - (Rs 19.5k in hand approx.)*


6) *Punjabi - Rs 16.5k CTC - (Rs 15.9k in hand approx.)*


WORK CULTURE:-

1) *6 days a week with 1 rotational off*

2) *Day/Night shift- 9hours*


Eligibility:-

1) *Average English Communication.*

2) *Should be Average on English understanding where is able to hold the conversation and Should be Fluent with the particular Language applying for (Malayalam/Bengali/Marathi/Kannada/Punjabi/Gujarati)*

3) *Candidate should be within 20 Kms from Office Location/Even if relocated*

4) *Immediate Joiners only.*

5) *Graduate/Undergraduate both will work. (Pursuing Not Allowed)*


PURPOSE OF POSITION: -

*Candidate will be responsible to handle the queries and complaints from Regional Language Speaking customers.*


PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: -

1) *Understanding of Inbound Call Handling.*

2) *Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction*

3) *Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication*

4) *Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools*

5) *Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution*

6) *Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents*

7) *Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies*
