[2 to 4 years`experience from electronic retail will be preferred]

Responsibilities of Sales Associate:-
 To perform the role of the product specialist for the respective categories to facilitate
consultative selling.
 Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
 Demonstrate and explain products and services to customers
 To ensure that revenue targets for the sub-category
 To enhance conversion ratios and average transaction value per customer.
 Service the customer - Offering solutions, upselling, cross selling, attachment –
Accessories & RCP
 Billing - Billing process, MOPs
 Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
 Answer questions about products and services
 Assist with inventory management
 Stack and display articles for sale.
