Job description

KRA’s :

Engineering :

· To work closely with product /design/business teams to build the most user friendly application

· To bring efficiency in the processes & implement the latest technologies to improve performance & reliability of our features

· To write clean ,maintainable code which other can work on & maintain the app end to end

Strategy Management :

· Discover & institutionalize best practices in product , design & user research functions

· To collaborate with tech professionals

Category Management :

· To drive marketplace growth of relevant categories , keeping in mind the consumer & the competition

· To coordinate with marketing , supply chain , cataloguing , finance , commercial & other functions of the organisation

· To drive visibility & promotion plans

User Researcher :

· Planning , coordination & participation in all research activities

· Critical thinking & analysis to work on relevant journey maps & frameworks

· Strong adaptability to the start-up environment ,speed & agility in work

Operations Management :

· To maximise number of product listing per month on the platform

· Ensures the use of appropriate processes & standards throughout the development lifecycle

· Responsible for the overall transparency y of project deliverables through the lifecycle phases from development to delivery

Finance Management :

· To track & measure key financials & business metrics

· Directs & oversees the overall policies , objectives & initiatives of the revenue cycle activities to optimize operations

· To work on initial order discount to optimize the customer conversion funnel

Security Management :

· Exploit security flaws & vulnerabilities & attack simulations on multiple app platforms

· Reduce technical debt with quality coding

Product Management :

· Understand the reselling market 7 needs of resellers deeply through landscape analysis , customer interviews , user research, competition analysis & other qualitative /quantitative techniques

· Create a go to market paln working with business / marketing stakeholders to maximize product adoption & success
