Job description

1. Achieve growth and hit sales targets successfully as defined by senior management.

2. Implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures it’s a strong presence

3. coaching and performance monitoring of tele callers performance reporting under you.

4.Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

5. Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

6. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

7. Understanding prospect and existing customers' GST compliance requirements and designing required solutions with help of the Product team.

8. Proposal preparation with technical solution and commercial write-up with help of VP Sales and Business Unit Head.

Skills Required:

· MBA finance/marketing with 5 to 6 years of hardcore sales experience out of which 2 to 3 years of BSFI industry experience especially in Banking sector who has actively doing sales and marking of core banking solutions(CBS)

· Well-versed with Banking's present domain and technology used.

·Nice to know knowledge of GST on Banking.

·Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets

·Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences

·Demonstrated an ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.

·Ability to conduct business meetings, seminars, and conferences in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

·Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

·Strong business sense and industry expertise
